I have noticed that below Denison dam (Lake Texoma), there are a large number of seven inch white perch on the surface. Once, I threw rocks to get them close enough to catch bare-handed. Putting them on a stringer and putting in deeper oxygenated) water revived them. They were all the same size because smaller ones were unaffected and larger were chopped up by the blades of the hydroelectric turbines. One could anchor mid stream with a foot-operated rudder and collect a marketable amount of fresh fish.

Would have been a bit funnier if it had been drawn showing a little crack starting in the dam, just above the house.

I’d be a bit concerned about flooding, but otherwise I’m not seeing the problem.

That must be Lake Placid behind the dam. Complete with giant crocodiles.
