Eww.
“Nice ta meetcha. Hey Bleeb! Beer me!”
Sort of like living with relatives. If the price is right and neighborhood is good. Welcome to the family.
That big clock over there is the corner is also grandfathered in! Goes with Big Al, an offer you just can’t refuse.
New York rent control.
Problem is, the lease stipulates that you’ll have to keep the fridge well stocked with beer for Big Al.
Mr. McPherson’s universe is populated with the ugliest people!
Might be ok as long as he has his own bathroom, but if he starts to pick his toes – NO!
Bleeb’s about to raid the fridge! Go Bleeb!
Bleeb is hiding. He’s thinking that this is one part of this world I’d rather not know about and wishes he could un-see it.
They’ll have to rename the Living Room, Vegging Room.
I seem to recall a short-lived sitcom in which a woman sublet an apartment with the understanding that the former tenant, a dying former clown (Tom Poston), would continue to live in the closet.
Looks like a deal breaker to me.
Which would explain why the place is still for rent.
