I thought by now someone would have identified that famous “dandy” of the Victorian era, but perhps the wig presents a problem…I don’t remember hearing of his wearing full drag.
I was going to go with Quentin Crisp until noonstar pointed out it was Oscar Wilde. The wig “did” throw me off.
