That’s why we have United States Constitution; we have free speech and the right to vote for whom ever we want to put in office. So Get out there and Vote for your Party on November 6th. If you don’t vote, don’t complain who gets Elected to office…
OK, here’s what I see: one side emphasizes the possibility of voter fraud while the other side counters with the possibility of “the poor and elderly” being unable to legitimately vote. I don’t see much if any more evidence for the latter than the former. It is all supposition, and the same organizations that now help people without transportation to get to the polls could surely help see that they have proper ID as well!!
Voting IS important – the only way democracy truly works is if ALL eligible voters become informed about the issues and express their views by voting. However, voting with your wallet is far more powerful and perhaps even more important. If people refused to buy products from companies that behaved irresponsibly (however you define that), then the market would force companies to behave responsibly. When all people care about is the end product and its price, then companies will feel free to do anything that they can (legally or, if the consequences are small enough, illegally) to cut costs, and those cost-cutting measures aren’t always in the best interest of society. It’s all about the bottom line; the trick is to ensure that doing the wrong thing is bad for the bottom line.
I’m tired of Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, illegal aliens, and dead people voting. Voter ID will make you prove that you are a REAL person, and you have the right to cast your ballot. Nothing wrong with that, in today’s society, everyone should have a valid ID.

There is not Constitutional Right to vote, it is a privilege granted by your state legislature.

I feel sorry for you. Straight-line party voting implies a lack of forethought. That just ain’t super, man.
