I like Nelson’s remark in the third panel better than Opal’s in the final.

Looks like Opal got the place back in shape.

I just discovered that the loops on the back of expensive running shoes are meant to act as a “shoehorn” to pull them on by. My neighbour uses them to hang her son’s shoes in the airspace overnight to air out.
