Mutt is right. It’s just as well we don’t know what goes on in that bed they share, or what Mutt’s wife thinks of it all. Is that what Jeff calls their “daily stint”? And what has gotten Mutt so upset that his hat would fly off, his hair would stand on end and then he would want to blow his brains out?
It’s best I don’t know.

In this comic, Jeff wife isn’t around yet. Back then, people shared beds. Not because of sex. It because thats what they did to stay warm.
People have realizes culture changes over course of time.
