But then Mona wouldn’t be the Cathy of the 21st century and C’est la Vie would look like it’s nearing the end of its run, which was probably the reason for the shoddy ending of that arc that basically said, “SCREW CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT, I HAVE THE STATUS QUO!”
