I don’t ever mind “not funny” in comics because it’s a matter of taste. If Fred lad were smaller, I’d put him in my backpack like I do Little Muttley Beagle and start climbing.
you follow the story in a comic….this story is about a holiday at an active “inn”….they are being active…doesnt have to be funny as far as they are concerned…this is Fred’s strip and he is involved. Freds in, the comic is here, enjoy the story arc and move along with it, or move along without it. As your mother should have taught you, if you have nothing good to say, then say nothing. Get on with your life and leave such small disappointments alone.
and as Fred says…..what goes up…must come down, so I apoligise if you are down, but this is part of the family’s holiday aka vacation…we are onlookers….voyeurs….its not up to us to say what is right or wrong…it just is…enjoy!
