Maybe the truck has already just swerved unpredictably to the right? It would fit why the poor car is on the shoulder…
Maybe the car on the right is parked at the curb? I didn’t see any “no parking” signs. I don’t usually have much problems with the professional drivers, as I do with the other drivers.
Predictable. Once you swerve one way, it’s easy to guess the pattern.
