If anyone in this comic becomes sane, I’ll have to stop reading it.

I think it’s because the ugly fountain is only attracting the birds.

Alice, we tried to warn you about wanting that big ugly fountain — but would you listen to us, no. So now you’re just out of luck. Next time you had better listen to us ‘cause we’re all so cool….

I believe that when you get something is when you want it least. It’s the journey. The hope that we’ll get it. Once we actually have it, it completely ruins it.

I think long and hard before I ask for something to make sure I really want/need it. Still, some of the best gifts I have ever gotten were things I never thought to ask for, like the fondue set my sister got me. I love that thing!

And this reminded me to e-mail my contractor about the kitchen reno I’m not sure I want. Life imitates art?
