my puppy dog learned quickly not to be under my feet while I was in the kitchen. Small kitchen made it easier for me to trip over him. However, he sits right outside the door and waits for me to drop something. Sometimes I drop things on purpose and say ‘oops’ , he rushes in and grabs it and then leaves to eat. We are now training the new puppy to sit outside the door and wait too. lol

For heaven’s sake, drop something! All that walking back and forth will just make poor Fred hungrier!

Undivided attention. Who wouldn’t want that? And a sausage would be a bonus.
