I can barely remember my bank account number. But the number 120048045 will always be near and dear to my heart.

It was my college student ID #. And it STILL gets me student discounts. (I still look like I’m in college. LOL.

I’d think that Roger would be alarmed that Paige (who’s only fourteen, remember) has his credit-card number memorized, along with the expiration date. The girl’s a known shopaholic, after all!

hey Librarian i still remember my student ID number, and it was 35 years ago that i got it. (a quirk in my mental make-up that also makes it very easy for me to do crossword puzzles.)

@plus4 if it is a real number, it’s expired now - so it wouldn’t buy anything anyway.

I don’t have any credit card numbers memorized, but I can tell you that the number Paige rattled off is too long. CC numbers are (as far as I know, anyway) 16 digits - 4 groups of 4 digits each.

Paige Fox is reminding me of Bart Simpson being able to recite Homer’s credit card number (Lisa, after Bart asking her if that was it, said that he knows it is) when about to order something.

67300-3387 (and the 673 bit means it was issued in the Fall of 1967!)

Nope, can’t recall my student I.D. My memory for character strings stinks. I even have trouble remembering my AMEX number, and I use that card constantly.

AmEx cards start with 3..Visas start with 4..mastercards with 5 and Discover with 6. All have 16 digits. I’ve been in retail for way too many years! : )
