Dear Adam@Home: I lost my job back in October and haven't found work since. I'm pessimistic enough to think that a soup kitchen could be in my not-too-distant future. Your thoughts? Bring your own oyster crackers.
Heard that at a local soup kitchen, two businessmen stopped by to eat, because the restaurants in the area were swamped during the lunch rush hour. But then they left sizable cash donations in return, so it was a good thing for everyone.
The Cadillac woman in question has the means to support herself quite well; but you all make some interesting points…things are deteriorating quickly across all classes.
