Adam@Home by Rob Harrell for March 04, 2009
Transcript:
Adam: Listen, I want to help out. So I'm offering you my March special. Voice (on the phone): What is that? Adam: I'll cut my rate in half. Voice (on the phone): Splendid. Thank you for your flexibility. Adam: And as a clerical note, I'll need to invoice you twice as often. Voice (on the phone): Somebody overpaid for their MBA.

I think we should see more of the kids. We’re seeing Adam work more than he ever did before and the kids haven’t been in much at all!

I like the way he conived him. Good for you Adam. He can do without the regualr monthy invoices for the two bi-weekly invoices.

Brian – Please return to drawing “Adam@Home.” Rob Harrell’s style just isn’t the same. It’s enough different that I’m just not as interested in reading it on a daily basis. Is Harrell writing “Adam” too? In any case, I find myself skipping over it now. If the Seattle Times were to drop Adam, I wouldn’t be inclined to complain, as I have about other strips that have been dropped.

Mr. Hays, I do respectfully disagree.

I don’t like the drawing style of the new guy… especially the eyes.
