Clayton: And we're never to mention your spandex shorts she threw out.

I have a question. Is Harrell doing the art AND the storylines, or is Basset still doing the storylines? I want to say Harrell is doing both (no “theme” weeks yet), but one of the Sunday strips in the last few weeks was classic Basset, yet the art was Harrell. Curious minds want to know.
