Transcript:
Bixby: So Fritz, I was going over this list of cartoon characters you gave me to work with. Fritz: Okay... Bixby: Well, I did some digging, and it turns out that they're all unemployed. Now, I don't mean to be a snob, but I think our agency should work with a more successful class of people, don't you think? Fritz: Bixby, this is an employment agency. Get to work> Bixby: Well, whatever happened to standards!!

So is this just reruns, or has the strip ended and now we’re getting the whole series from the beginning again?

From the copyright statement, it seems this strip is from 2005.

Phil Dunlap is ending the strip as a syndicated weekly but says he will continue to run it online with new strips once a week. Hopefully it will run here; we’ll have to stay tuned. Bummer.
