What flattering? Bixby’s merely pointing out that Fritz is panting much more than most dogs leading to HIM actually raising the humidity level in the office. On the heat index if it’s 95F (35C) and 40% humidity then it’s going to feel like it 101F (about 38C). Without AC or a fan in an office building like that one you’re really going to feel uncomfortable
