Knowing Cap, he probably doesn’t have insurance. But he does have millions of dollars to waste. As Bixby too well knows and takes advantage of. Anyone one got a bar of soap from a recent hotel visit? Bet you can sell it to Cap for $50 and tell him that’s a real bargain.
