Well more SUVs need it. Actually more SUVs and four wheel drives being driven by folks who really don’t need to be driving them but do so because their “status symbols” need it. I honestly don’t understand these folks who live in places where they don’t need these vehicles but have to have them. Like a guy in a big city that hardly ever sees snow and who doesn’t get out in the country really needs a 4WD.
“Hey Bob, why’d you buy that Subaru Forester? It’s not like you going to need four wheel drive here in the city.”
“Yeah, that’s true, John. But I might go camping or something and then I might need it to get out of the mud or something.”
“So you thinking of going camping?”
“What, and get my car all covered in mud? Are you nuts or something!?!”

At least it was an Escalade that was chopped, those things is ugly. Why is it that the more expensive and SUV is the uglier it has to be? Oh and yes I do drive an SUV, Mitsubishi Outlander – needed a vehicle that was: a) Standard, b) seated 4 adults while carrying 2 full sets of hockey gear (one for a goalie).
