Ash, the only real-life folks who can do that are all gummint officials (such as Congress, Senators, …) ;)
Only folks like that can do nothing for weeks and keep a job. Me? No. I have to work twice as hard to keep one.

If Mr. Rod is really mad at Joey for not doing anything as promoted manager around the auto shop, Joey should not take the promoted manager in first place. Joey is worthless as a “brown nose.”
Just watch, Mr. Rod will blame Baldo for undermining Joey.
