And the comercial won’t end until the viewers increase!

This reminds me of the following joke.

A copy-boy with aspirations to journalism once asked the Managing Editor to put him as a reporter on a story–to which the reporter agreed and had the copy-boy cover a wedding. Three days after the wedding, the appointed reporter had not delivered to the editor anything to print–so the editor called him in. The copy-boy said “no story–groom never showed up”–showing that he had entirely missed big-picture as does the reporter/anchor here!
