I'd just attach it to my neighbor's spigot, and take all the water I want! Ralph: That might not work, Steinbauer! Steinbauer: It does work! How do you think I keep my water bills so low?!

I thought Ralph hated Steinbauer because he always seemed like the guy who beat Ralph at everything. The fact he’s a thief and cheap answers that,,,but did you have to make him Jewish,,,tacky and in bad taste.

I don’t think Ralph is the one who needs to check his water bill. From the look on the face of the guy next to Steinbauer i think he knows where the water is coming from.
