AND not turn blue, impressive!

Sometimes life really sulks.

Wonder what they would do if two kids had birthday on the same day. Or to put it bluntly I don´t think that chair is a good idea.

If Alice misbehaves, Miss Bliss will give her a seat in the electric chair.

Alice’s “aid to sulking” is a practical way (as observed by Madeline) of dealing with her own negativity. Now, if only she comes to see Nara’s side of Miss Bliss’s decision!

Of course Alice ate all the icing… it will help to keep her frosted off.

Even Alice can’t resist the icy blue frosting.

They should have been allowed to share the chair! Duh. Or the class could have made a special paper “Welcome back” hat for Alice to wear. Or sung the “Glad you’re not sick anymore” song. So many possibilities.

@pumaman – on the other hand, Alice surely could use very serious “you are not the center of the world and the Earth does not revolve around you” message. No need to indulge her too far.

Sometimes I only eat the icing.

‘Bakery’ icing usually gives me the heebie-jeebies. The blue icing is homemade, which is obviously why Alice isn’t complaining about THAT. If it’s good enough for Dill……..

I love Alice’s mom. She’s a good mom.
