I’ll never live in a gated community. Some of those rules are really ridiculous and lately the HOA’s have been getting tyranical in my area that they are being sued.

Agree with “treesareus” – our tiny 5 acres is a wildlife sanctuary – they have to have someplace to hide after the greedy developers kill all the trees to build ugly developments directly in the animals’ paths to water and food.sigh
