t will be good to get back to more exersize!.We’re much better now (since last night ;-D) but he missed Christmas with his kids. One family is here today and we’re going tomorrow to visit the other (and I believe I heard something about sleeping on a couch). So much for New Year’s plans- hope Luann’s go better. I have been superstitious about that, so have to try and quelch my superstition!

Stormy, I do hope that bug decides to emcamp for elsewhere and leave you the heck alone! Everyone else, I told Fenton to leave my tab open and put the cost of anyone who asks for a drink on my tab…even the good stuff…so enjoy the Saturday night special on me! Btw, I left a pot of hammy beans on a low burner in the Tiki’s kitchen…and some buttermilk cornbread wrapped in foil for easy re-warming in the walk in cooler in back…eat up! I gotta find some way of using up leftovers….sigh…

Pilates Heck! I get my exercise twice a month by taking my mail from the box to the recycling bin.

It’s up hill to the mailbox, but then it’s all down hill to the recycle bin and home.

I missed the last Saturday bus…. sigh….had to walk through the street closing, carrying all my stuff….

Thanks guys. You made me laugh…which is not a real good thing right now. Plus some of the pictures I had to scroll by really fast. It is supposed to be a 24 hour virus. The worst parts was. But I still can’t eat, I still get sick a little and major dizzy spells. That was my first symptom. The stomach cramps were so bad I moaned aloud for hours. I ain’t never done that….sick anyway… but I am better. A little.

Every time I have time to go outside, the street is deserted…. sigh….

Been fixing up some stuff in the salon….

After Essex announced my Doggie Gym opening a bit prematurely, I had to make sure everything was shipshape…

You know, Norman wouldn’t have to go so far to pilates if he’d come take his classes here…I’ve hired a new instructor…Ginger isn’t just beautiful….she’s certified in pilates … along with yoga and fitness training.

She’s tough but fair…

And while it’s CALLED a dog gym…and the dogs are doing very very well….

we’ve already got 2 cats and a monkey!

I’m sure Norm would fit right in!
