I think that is what a lot of us would like to do to all the celebrities that do STUPID things. Of course, we would probably get carpal tunnel syndrome from all the slapping, even if we did the slapping in shifts. :))
Don’t you find it strange when people think that celebrities - including sportspersons - are smart? Well, sorry to disappoint anyone but a silicone implant, a good voice or an Olympic gold medal does not necessarily raise one’s IQ.
Cut Michael some slack for cripe sake! The only problem I have with the incident, is that he never came out and said “yeah I like to relax and smoke a doobie when I’m not competing, it’s none of anybody’s business” The sad fact is that the marijuana law in the U.S. is hypocritically repressive, nobody’s ever ODed from smoking too much weed yet you’ve got police armed with M16s chasing suburban kids for puffing a common plant. Meanwhile hardcore anal retentive lawmakers that oppose legalization have one or maybe more relatives that do partake in the occasional toke, making their relatives criminals in the eyes of the law. Isn’t it about time this obsolete law was struck down? Imagine if everyone who puffed voted as a block, the politicians would certainly sit up and take notice, because everywhere I’ve ever gone in the U.S., I’ve met many, maaannny puffers.
It has nothing to do with the pot. I’ve always found him annoying. The pot didn’t help.
Rhianna, however, needs to have some of her friends grab her by the throat and throw her, bodily, into a shrink’s office to get treated for Battered Woman Syndrome.
Then, after she’s gotten straightened out,
they should slap her.
The insufferable jerk that invaded Michael Phelps’ privacy with the cell camera and the scumbag “public servant” that stole the evidence photo of Rihanna are the subhuman products of the internet that deserve serious physical abuse.
Guys, you’re missing the point here. This strip is not about smoking pot. It’s about celebs that do stupid stuff and are caught doing it. People are always looking up to celebrities, especially sports stars, as role models. but the fact is that they couldn’t have picked a worse role model, as evidenced by the fact that these people are constantly in and out of both rehab and jail. As I said earlier, if we were to slap every celeb and athlete who did something stupid, we would wear out our hands.
Phelps is not in or out of rehab. He was photographed using a bong. Oh, horrors. Relaxing with a safer substance than alcohol that got banned because of racism and paranoia on the part of the paper industry. The idiot in Phelps’ situation was the buttmunch who took his picture.
As for Rihanna and Chris Brown, first we smack Chris a few times, then we throw each of them into a shrink’s office.
