I had a Dell that I had gotten back in 2009. It just crashed and died in September last year. It was a pain because every time I called Dell whenever something was wrong I would get the runaround. I now have a Samsung laptop that I love! Never again will I buy a computer from Dell had problems from the beginning.

Dell had horrible cust. service for regular consumers, unless you had the bussiness line number and could get a human in the U.S. :D
