Haha, I remember my youngest daughter at her first gymnastics class. When they asked for questions, she said, “when do I get my trophy?”

High self esteem by this method just means a bigger let down later on in life.

Self esteem is highly over rated.

I’m glad all my kids are grown up so I no longer have to worry about how I’m raising them. They are all doing fine, but the eldest 2 did the best in grades and accomplishments. If I had been able to space them out the others might have too. But I was always reminded of my wifely “duty” – until I divorced him.

I was thinking I see one quickly bored kid, but Pcolli I think you are onto something :)
