I don’t know how true this is but common sense logic should tell you that by being completely unavailable when an offer comes in on your house, you’re in danger of missing out on a big opportu-nity to sell it at that particular moment in time, so why take a chance? If you’ve got an upcoming out-of-town vacation planned, put your house on the market after you get back — not right before you leave!
