I’d play, that looks like fun!

This is EXACTLY the kind of game kids think of when they’re encouraged / allowed to play outside. LOVE it! When I was a kid we had ditches that went through the parkways the length of the block. The house sidewalk was continued over them to the street with drainage pipes underneath. So the snow in the ditch would get pretty deep, with regular breaks over the walkways. Two years in a row I took my sled and trekked the length of the block, towing my sled behind me, plowing through the deep snow in the ditches, up and over the walkways, back down to the ditch. It was my “Trip to Antarctica” and I really felt like I had done something when I got to the end. It was just plain, silly FUN and I must have looked like a nut to the neighbors..

Now isn’t that cute?

Kids used to invent their own games, rules and all … now they re-enact sitcoms.

Seems to me we’ve thrown something exceptional and useful away …

As long as no one gets hurt. Wait a minute…that probably doesn’t matter. Haha

The magnify tool is useless when the Flash advertisement lays overtop the panels! The tiny purple and black balloons are hard to read.

I just love the range of Hobbes’ facial expressions!
