Thanks, Pop...promise to pay you back when I get -
You and Marcy are bad with money.
Ar you saying we're reckless?
Are you saying we're stupid?!
Im saying you're bad with money.
What are you saying?
They have four. The parents need to go for financial counseling. I would like to eliminate out CC debt. I am trying to get a job for extra income, husband’s retirement pension does not get it. We are not spenders either.
Pop has been hit up for money for a long time. I recall posting a comic on my office bulletin board in the early 90’s showing Frank with Joe (and Marcy?) asking Frank for money. I think at one point he asks them, “Why are you looking at me like that?” It shows him with light-bulb-ringed signs surrounding him, saying something like, “First National Bank of Pop,” “No interest charged,” “Open 24/7.” Later, I put up a cartoon of Pop and his wife standing proudly by Joe (?), who is in a cap and gown. Frank is wearing a barrel, to show that he’s broke from paying Joe’s tuition. I had my husband paste a copy of our younger daughter’s face on the student, as she had recently graduated.

They got 5 kids. They can’t spend like they’re single.

I think they only have 4 kids, unless they miscalculated on that too.
