Ingredients? Right. Because everyone will be flocking to the restaurant for overpriced oregano and tomatoes. When do they get to the strip where they just jar and sell the damn pesto?
This is not a good idea unless the brand is so popular that it’s hard to even get reservations. Otherwise you’re just shooting yourself in the foot (and your service staff) because once you’re selling the ingredients for home use, why bother to actually go to the restaurant but to pick up the ingredients for use at home? May as well open a grocery store in that case. and or a grocery/deli would do, however losing the ambiance of the original cafe feel that initially brought guests to the tables.
