Saving lives is not his thing, making money from tragedy is.

There’s not one among them who would save a life if it would interrupt a TV program…or save a starving child by giving up a cookie..Not that a cookie is what a starving child needs…but any one of them would grab the last cookie before even thinking of the kid.

And if the lawyer is related to this bunch….he’d let the injured guy die, and hand the distressed widow his business card….with a soothing word about suing for damages.

The big book facing us is titled “1-minute Games by Christina Larson.”

No likely Christina Larsons on Google…I bet it’s an in-joke for a friend.

1 min. is all they can do on puzzles and games. Their intelligence isn’t that great. I guess games are the same, unless it’s “guess what’s in this snack”then they’ll eat the whole box to find out it’s just chocolate.I think Joy thinks the book is well from the gutter.

I think verl should give the book to Jer then feign breathing trouble, could be her wildest dream come true. Well maybe, assuming Jer cared enough to try to save her life.

Not to start trouble, but just a question about personal injury lawyers. When do we think that Ford would have fixed the fuel tank problems of the Pinto and the early Mustang (rather than settle out-of-court with gag orders) had they not begun to lose large personal injury lawsuits? Would we still be burning up? BTW, the list of similar cases is depressingly long.

@mikie2Ford fixed the gas tank problem when a series of internal memos surfaced saying it was cheaper to pay the lawsuits than to fix the problem.

97% of lawyers give the rest a bad name.
