If I were Burl—and thank God, I am not—I would apply to the French Foreign Legion if Ma actually started coming by more often.And as to Joy’s new-found eagerness to exercise, just consider the possibility if she finds some of those “see thru” yoga pants at the dollar store. Talk about scalding your eyeballs!
I also thought that the wine glasses and unrealistic statements indicated New Years resolutions. I was still thinking of wearing my very light weight silk knit shirt and pants for work out today.
Last time he saw me in them, he declared that he wanted to sign the shirt Gives me something to think about during a weight routine.
I just hope Ma is successful with her goal, couldn’t happen to a more deserving guy than Burl. there seems to be an extra glass of wine by Ma. they trying to loosen her up?
Also Ma is drinking from an empty glass and there is a full one on the table. You migt think that is strange until you realize that by filling up two glasses at once, no one has to get up (actually remove his or her heinies from a chair!)

I don’t think the Clown likes to hang there either.. He looks sorta bored . Oh if the walls could talk.. They may SCREAM to leave. As for Burl I think he’s the smarter than the 3 today, although I don’t see him or Joy doing what they say. Ma just may move in with them..
