The bandits are taking heavy casualties, they must really want this Legion Fort for some reason. There’s 3/5 down right away.

That guy in the front could find a pony in a pile of poop.

Well, at least they’re now aware of what awaits them on the back wall. Will the fort defenders be taken prisoner? Will Tarzan then save them? Or will Tarzan broker peace between them as it is simply all a misunderstanding? Can’t we all just get along?

Hmmm ….I see two men rushing, two others dead, and a third one eating a bayonet, while the leader shouts “We have them now!” ??? Can you imagine him turning around to realize he is the only one left?.Reminds me of the Charge of the Light Brigade … ie .. the Charge of the Camel Brigade at Tarzan and the Tank..Duhhh … ya think these camel jockies might eventually learn something?

I went back and checked. Only 5 show at one time. I only counted 4 at the fort. May be more on each side offscreen…errr off comic panel.

Well, we have to consider that the action happens at night in total darkness…how can you count people that you do not see? Are there more flairs in the air?

I wonder if these are the same Legionaires that when France lost Algeria to independence said" No we are going to keep it" and then mutinied ?

On the 9th, I counted 13 at the front door. A couple of days later there were three or four at the back door. Not all appear to be mounted. Call it 18 attackers against seven defenders – counting Tarzan?
