She should’ve said her aunt died, not her mom. Then she could use the same excuse again. There’s no limit on how many uncles or aunts or cousins you may have.
I was on what was called Service Staff and went to what ever office needed me in whatever capacity. I absolutely hated the receptionist desk more than any other position.
