C’mon, Lance! Fred and Ethel Mertz were the liveliest retired couple in television history! Fred was always working on the plumbing/heating and Ethel was always hanging with Lucy. And the two of them were always trying to re-enact on of their Vaudeville acts on Ricky’s show.
Lance Fusco would fall asleep from exhaustion simply by watching a re-rerun of “I Love Lucy.”
