Take one 2 lb tomato, slice it; two slices of bread with mayonnaise on them, place two slices of tomato on one side, place the other slice of bread on top; enjoy.

Saute red or yellow onions in butter.. add thinly sliced “Roma”tomatoes…add thinly sliced Lox with some fresh ground pepper..put on some toasted sourdough bread..Breakfast is served!
