Once in Little League, I made a nice running catch in the outfield. I was so proud of myself, I forgot the situation and, for a moment, didn’t understand why everyone on my team was yelling at me to throw the ball. Luckily the runner on third didn’t think I was going to catch it and had run halfway to home and had to run back to third to tag up so I still had time to make a completely accidental perfect throw to home to get the out.
