I walked a full grown 80+ pound boxer that did something similar to this when he got tired. I wasn’t pushing a stroller, not that he’d fit in it anyways. He just had to get up and continue on!
My housemates Yorkie just gives up when we try to walk him.Let alone he thinks he’s a bad A$$ and is totally anti social with other dogs.I tried walking him at a park in the woods and I just had to hang my head in shame as he was such an a$$ when he saw the other dogs.I literally had to drag him to the car.
