And, what? did the snake swallow IB’s gun? Pompus’ hand is free – he could just shoot the damn thing.

He who lives by the snake, dies by the snake! Something…..

IB is feeling the squeeze.

I get a chill when I think of her asp, also.

That snake has got his work cut out.Don’t worry baby, you’ll be clothed throughout the scene…Oh! You said asp…never mind.

I.B. probably dropped his gun in fright when the snake touched him. Murderous he might be, but a cool-minded warrior like Tarzan he’s not.

Our soon-to-be dead friend (the python) has squeezed fat, old I.B. George Plumpasp so hard that his moustache has flown off (look closely in the last panel)! Now that’s a snake I’d like to buy a drink for! Olgas “asp” looks just fine, ask dumbasp Jed who just stands around like a potted palm…DUH! :)> ByeByePythonVerySadAGowa!!

The snake should have chosen the pilot; at least it has some chance of actually swallowing the pilot, but I.B. would be too much of a mouthful.

Does the last laugh sound something like “heh heh heh help?”

If Tarzan can talk to the monkeys, gorillas and elephants, maybe he can reason with the snake to let Pompous go and he won’t have to kill it.
