Ah, the American Dream …

it’s ashame there’s grumpy people on this site.complaining about stupid and trivial things.comic strips are supposed to make people smile.i’ve worked with people that always found something to whine and cry about.they never had anything nice to say.

Now go overeat, go out and overspend, etc…

I used to tease my dad when he’d stumble into the kitchen long after everyone else with things like: “It rises!” or “It’s alive!” I wish I could still do that.

As my wife would say, “Don’t jiggle the bed when you get up and don’t slam the door when you go out.”

My brother is a night-owl. Can’t sleep at night so he used to work the midnight shifts. It was quieter and he could get more done.

I once saw a sign that said: Sometimes I wake up grumpy. Other times, I let him sleep.

@Jo,There is no lifestyle that is true of “everyone”. Many couples are mostly happy with each other (married or not). Others seem to enjoy fighting like cats and dogs, or act out and split!

“Honeybunch” could have woken Ralph since she was already up.
