I hope this is a reminder that it is awfully cruel to leave dogs tied to trees unsupervised, for long periods of time. Dog ownership carries great responsibility, and anyone who cares for a dog should allow the dog to sleep INSIDE the house, and, if they have a yard, have a fenced in yard so the dog has plenty of room to run during the day, in good weather. Dogs should also be walked regularly, always have a large, fresh water supply, and be fed twice a day with veterinarian recommended diet.
