If this happened at a real-life Little League game, they’d probably ask for a volunteer from among the parents in the bleachers. I remember playing a game as a kid, and my dad ended up as the umpire behind the plate. Not fun.

Well, I very well may have seen it years and years ago, but I can’t really remember it. But I think the Andy Griffith Show is streaming on netflix, so I’ll look for it there.
