    But she waited until he was done shoveling before telling him. Reminds me of my paper route days. The “upscale’ neighborhoods were always the hardest to collect in.

    Oh I remember those people who wouldn’t pay their newspaper bills. Then I would have my manager cancel them for non-payment and then when the newspaper had another deal for those that wanted home delivery…they would be on my list again!!!! One of the most difficult to collect from was a State Assemblyman - go fiqure.

    i actually had a great paper route when i was 12 the holidays were best , one of my customers gave me a piny of brandy for Christmas

    Whether they can afford it or not, the snow will still need to be shoveled.
