Not sure I’d want to eat those melon balls. Shouldn’t edible ones basically explode when the club hits them?

Yes. The edible melon balls will definitely splat when hit with a golf club or something similar.

What a waste, I love melon.

Can’t find any good ones at store any more. All imported from Mexico and South America. Have to pick them before ripe, and engineer tougher melons to survive the trip without bursting open.

Like your avatar, Ushindi. My favorite bug!…and she sure wouldn’t be satisfied with melon balls.
