    Time to fire the management, promote the brilliant, motivated workers who REALLY know how the business works and offer true incentives to the customers.

    Unless this is a government entity where they’ll give the upper management all HUGE bonuses, cut back on most of the actual workers (policemen, firemen, etc.) and raise taxes to even MORE OBSCENE levels so that they can pay off their special interest and union cronies. AND THE TAXPAYERS ARE STUCK WITH THEM!! No way for the “business” to go out of business or be run by good, efficient people.
