Every immigration group went thru the menial labor phase until their offspring became trained and educated for higher level jobs. Irish, eastern Europeans, Italians and even more striking the Russians who though highly trained in engineering and medicine had to take low level jobs until they could be certified in the U.S. So not sure you complaining, but you should be proud to follow in the footsteps of many waves of immigrants.
