Scientists have discovered a new species of slug living on Mount Kaputar in New South Wales, Australia, that is 8 inches long and hot pink in color! Best thing since... Otto Rohwedder, a jeweler from Iowa, created the first pre-sliced bread machine in 1917, but struggled to sell the idea until 1928! Ancient Greek statues were not just plain white marble but actually brightly colored- the paint and simply faded away!

If it weren’t for Otto, we’d still be slicing our own bread with a knife.

If the bread was pre-sliced why would he need a machine?

I remember when the neighborhood bread delivery truck came around one day with music and balloons, delivering the bags of sliced bread for the first time. It didn’t taste the same, and I never have liked sliced bread.

While 100 percent true that is not a Greek statue, but rather a bust of the Roman emperor Caligula…..
