Makes sense – I find when I teach evening classes, I end up snacking heavily when I get home – I’m up later, and I can’t really account for why I tend to be hungry again when I wouldn’t be otherwise… but I eat more and sleep less, and both aren’t good.
The key is to get in the habit of going to bed early enough to get a full night’s worth of restful sleep for that 8-9 hours. .the trick to getting your full 8-9 hours of restful sleep is….. getting to bed early enough. .Or you could just go to bed at your regular time and toss the alarm clock out the window.
